OEM FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for OEM products?
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU for custom logo products. For color changes only (no mold tooling), MOQ starts at 200 pcs. Contact us for small-batch options.
How long does OEM sampling take?
Standard samples with your logo/color are ready in 7–15 days. Sample shipping is on buyer's account. We send photos/video before shipment for confirmation.
Do you accept my own artwork files?
Yes — we accept AI, PDF, and PNG files at 300 DPI or higher. Our design team can also create artwork based on your brand guidelines at no extra charge.
Can I order different SKUs in one shipment?
Yes, we can combine multiple SKUs in one FCL or LCL shipment. Mixed pallets available for smaller orders.
What certifications do your products carry?
Products carry CE and RoHS compliance. SGS test reports available upon request. Custom certification testing (e.g. REACH) can be arranged at cost.
